Introduction：Master Machinery Technology Co., Ltd
- Master Machinery Technology Co., Ltd is a leading supplier of both front & back end automated equipment for the semiconductor industry. Located in Tucheng, Taiwan, they serve customers globally in the United States, China, Taiwan, Europe, Mexico, Thailand and the Philippines.
- The company was founded in 1978 from a group of employees originating out of Taiwan’s General Instrument automation division (currently known as Vishay). They have formed many partnerships since then and previously manufactured rectifiers.
Master Machinery Corporation History
- 1978 – Master Industries Corporation established in Taipei, Taiwan.
- 1985 – Established MaxTech International Corp to develop North America market and purchasing channel.
- 1987 – Established Master Instrument Corp with a group of investors from HK to manufacture Diodes (sold shares in 1990).
- 1991 – Invested joint venture in Hang Xing Electronic for Rectifier Wafer manufacturing (sold shares in 1996).
- 1991 – Invested joint venture in Suzhou Grande Electronics Co, for glass diode manufacturing (sold shares in 2003)
- 1997 – Reorganized as Master Machinery Corporation
- 1999 – Development of MELF TMT machine
- 2006 – Expansion of LA MaxTech to handle North American and European markets
- 2008 – Expansion into Philippine & Thailand markets
- 2010 – Development of In-line Pick & Place with Clip attach, Trim Form, and AOI machines
- 2014 – Development of Diode Flip Chip along with Pick & Place sorting to Tape Reel
- 2015 – Development of High Speed MELF TMT Machine (40k/hr. @60ms.) (Patent)
- 2016 – Development of High Speed Pick & Place (20k/hr.), Tester Sorting Handler (Turret Type Patent.), and Laser de-flash/trim Machine
- 2021 – Development of High Speed SOD123/SMA TMT Machine (40k/hr. @50ms.) & Pick & Place (35k/hr.)
