Pick & Place Wafer Output Capability

Current configuration is from tape reel to wafer. A de-taping mechanism pulls back the cover tape and feeds the carrier tape to the turret assembly for unit pickup. Picked units are in turn placed into symmetrical rows on a 6" wafer. Wafer output can accomodate for 8" & 12" metal ring frames. 

Our P&P systems have flexibility within both the intput and output. These variations include wafer, trays, waffle pack, graphite boat, carrier tape, tube & cassettes at either end.
